L’Atelier Nespresso Gastronomy Lyon
In January 2015, Nespresso dedicated 7 days showcasing and sharing its coffee expertise in a unique and ephemeral setting in Lyon, during the Bocuse d’Or (the only international high gastronomy event). 5 chefs, 3 pastry chefs and 2 sommeliers worked on the combination of Nespresso’s Grand crus and high gastronomy. Together, they crafted menus that made an extraordinary and surprising food experience for guests.

During 10 days Nespresso welcomed more than 1000 guests; Nespresso Club Members, Press, Bloggers, VIP's... 10 days, 8 Michelin starred Chefs, 2 of the best Sommeliers in Belgium, 2 of the best bartenders in Belgium all serving unique brunches, lunches, afternoon coffee moments and dinners. For the visitors also a unique sensorial journey from the origins of our coffee to the final end product in the cup. All in a dynamic, informal and participative way!
